Sometimes life is sweet when it is simple.

Had my own version of you-know-whose egg Mc-thingy. Mine is infinitely better.

One (brown, organic) egg, over easy (in some good Italian EV olive oil) with a little kosher salt, a slice of Canadian bacon and a slice of aged Swiss on a German kaiser roll (lubed and toasted over the flame with a very small amount of olive oil).

Just realized - very international too!
